All Is Well

Death is nothing at all, it does not count
I have only slipped away into the next room
Nothing has happened, Everything remains exactly as it was
I am I and you are you
The old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still
Call me by the old familiar name
Speak of me in the easy way that you always used
Put no difference into your tone
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me,
Let my name be ever the household word that is always was
Let it be spoken without an effort, without the ghost of a shadow upon it
Life means all it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was
There is absolute and unbroken continuity
What is this death but a negligible accident
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you for an interval somewhere very near
Just around the corner
All is well.

This was sent to our family by some close friends. I think it sums up what we all want at the end of our journey

Dorm Couches are Nice Sometimes

Andy and I are hanging at the Comfort Inn in Richmond after a good day off.
I spent the day with an old friend, and it was great to catch up and spend some quality time. I think today has been a pretty relaxing day for everyone! A nice day to reset my mind and get re- focused

Charlotte tomorrow!

NYC

Walked around town today with Shane after stopping by the FBR/Atlantic label office where I picked up the new Paramore "Final Riot" DVD(Go buy one NOW. It's completely worth it).
After walking about 4 miles and having some incredible coffee and a fulfilling vegan meal, I've decided I love my new job.
Show in New York City tonight, and I'm incredibly amped for it.

Sketchy

Thanks to Richae Swanbeck I have discovered Boise artist Tony Montano. I have secretly been using the sketches he puts on his blog for my desktop backgrounds for almost a year now.
This one really caught my eye though- it made me look at the LOVELY Mrs. Hepburn in a completely different way. A very, somber, innocent, and confident pose. Enjoy!

I've Stopped Counting the Days

Its becoming really taxing to think about what day of the week it is. I have no idea what day of the tour it is anymore, but we had a pretty good day off in Pittsburgh. Some good thai, a failed attempt at the Andy Warhol Meuseum, and a couple really good headwear purchases. Here are some pictures!

I'm in South Dakota right now. We ran out of gas in Ritzville ,WA. Here is Sean and Gavin walking to a gas station- we ended up flagging down a nice dude with a sweet mullet and stash in a white 80's Nissan who had a few gallons of gas and then went and watched the Super Bowl at a Hooters in Spokane (because it was the only place open for the game!!).
I love touring!!
